On my 2010, when I release my foot from the brake, the pedal snaps back rather abruptly and makes a rather loud clunking sound. I have not noticed this in other vehicles I have driven. Anyone else experience this? Is it normal for this car?
I haven't had this happen personally...when did it start? Has it been like this from the start? I'd say bring it back to the dealer since its under warranty if it persists...
Same here, sounds like your driving a '50's pickup. I'm investigating putting some kind of padding/cushion to stop it. Dealers comment is that "they all do that"! So Ford, find a fix!
Thanks for the replies. Sounds like it's "normal" for the car. Not a big deal to me and I wanted to see if others were experiencing it too or if it was an issue with my particular car.
