Default New Pypes Bomb Axleback

I was just wondering if any of you have ordered them? I have, and although their website says it will be shipped mid February, the guy on the phone told me no way, it'll ship mid March. He told me this, seconds AFTER I gave my credit card information. I was no expecting to wait about 1.5 months for this exhaust.

I simply wanted to know if this sales rep didn't know what he was talking about, or if you all heard the same thing when ordering over the phone? Thanks guys.

I've had nothing but issues with Pypes. I'm going to either sell my catback or return it. Their service is atrocious at best, too.

Damn really? I mean, I'm hoping everything goes perfectly for me, but if not, I can't expect too much considering the price.

And I'm hoping I'll have minimal issues since the Pypes Bomb are essentially straightpipes.

But it seems like Pypes is either a hit or miss with people.

The Pypes Mid-Muffler sounds great, not sure about this new exhaust.

The only problem is they tend to have rust issues... my first one had a exhaust hanger rust off, partially due to bad welding...

My second one I am not sure what happened but I figure something rusted again because it keeps rattling.

I know you can get headers ceramic coated, not sure about other exhaust parts, but if so from now on any exhaust I get will be ceramic coated hopefully to help protect from rust.

Well, I guess I'll be the guinea pig on this one. I'll be one of the first to see if it has any fitment issues and or rusts over time. Thanks for your input.
