in the vid hes just running jba longtubes and ns2 stage 2s with no mid pipe or mufflers.

There is no way you have full lubrication within 5 seconds of startup. You dont have proper lubrication until the oil is actually warm. Also the different materials will expand at different rates as norm pointed out. Ford tries to help protect cold starts by recommending thinner oil, but it doesnt matter what the weight is if you are going to beat on it within the first couple of minutes.
