Default Has anyone managed to get 0% financing for 72 months?

So finally on Monday I will begin my search for a 2010 GT. Just wondering if anyone was able to get the 0% financing for 72 months. I talked to a salesman today and he said 0% for 60 months or 1.9% for 72 months was the best they could do. If that's the case that's fine. I'm trying to keep my payment around $400, so 72 months would be ideal. Thanks for any input!

P.S. Yes, I know the 2011's will have the 5.0

Got 0% for 60 mos.
All GT Mustangs have zero % to 72 months.
V6 have zero % to 60 mos, 1.9% to 72 mos.

My gf got the 72 months 1.9%. Like u she stated that she didnt want to have a car payment about 500. Well in the long run its not good. When she was five years into her payments she found herself 4000 top heavy on her car when she was looking to trade it in. I talked her into getting it paid off and keeping it for another year. It sounds like a great deal but in the long run and if u wanna trade it in i would advise to try and get the 0% but never take a car loan over 72 months unless its 0%. And if u do decide to do the 72 for 1.9 put atleast another 75 dollars on top of ur orginal loan payment. Thats my two cents.

good luck

I was able to get the 72 mos for 1.9% on a 2010 mustang premium v6 with the 5 speed. The real catch is that they do require the 10% down. Without it, the rate does go up.

I entered my zipcode and the it's 1.9% for 72 months here in Texas.

I'll probably go with the 0% for 60 months.

We were going to pay cash until we saw the 0% and decided to extend the payment for 1 year payoff with a large down payment. If I can't pay off a car in 2010 that is a 2010 then I don' want it or I would have got a Porsche with a 5 year payment.
