As a matter of fact yes, the tach does. Did it before I got used to the car - in 1st gear. Kinda gets your attention.

I love white face gauges and they are illuminated even during the day so to me they seem very easy to read, although I do argee the numbers are really close together.

You don't need the cluster, you just get an overlay and use your existing cluster.

The GT500 is sexy and much easier to read.

Sorry, but as in overlay, you mean just the text of the gauges? Ours only goes to 140.. That would make it innacurate wouldn't it?

That's a good point. I thought I had read on another forum a few guys just replacing the overlay (numbers) and doing it that way. Maybe the ones that get the overlay only go up to the 140mph like the regular GT and if you get the real GT500 cluster (at a greater cost) it would give you the full range. That would be a more accurate way to do it since the redline of the tach on the GT500 is probably also different. I know for the 05-09 dash there are several different over lay designs you can get. In fact there was a guy here doing a custom design but I didn't subscribe to that thread so I don't know what he finally came up with.

I like them, but this is my first car with white face gauges, so I'm not that picky about them.

My last Mustang was a '66, so these 2010 gauges look state of the art!
