Default HELP Driver window wont stay up!!

I have a 2007 mustang. The battery cables came loose (always happens) at the track last night and I had to pop the hood and jiggle them to get a good connection again. I guess I must have accidentally re-calibrated the windows while the door was open, so now the driver side wont stay up.

I tried the re-calibration procedure described in the owners manual, didnt work.
Pulled the fuse, didnt work.
Pulled the battery cables for an hour, didnt work.

I tried to use the search function with no luck.
Anybody know how to fix this?

Did you have the door closed when you tried the calibration procedure?

Yes, I tried it with the door closed. The window won't stay up for two seconds. Roll it up and it instantly comes back down...
