Good price on a 2007 Mustang GT Coupe???

I did end up buying the car. 
My wife and I did a lot of searching and for all of the options the car had you can't find one as nice anywhere around. Turns out the car has the upgraded 18" rims and is pretty much loaded inside other than having only the shaker 500 versus the 1000. I am sure I could have got a better deal if I bought if privately, but the car is in pristene shape and has a bumper to bumper warranty until 2013 or 75,000 miles. There's something to be said for peace of mind...
