Need some advice..
So it has come time for me to sell the stang and get into a more functional vehicle. The kbb is low on my car because it is a 2005 with 57k miles. It is in great condition.
It is vortech v3 intercooled running 10psi, with 20' Enkei rims, bassani xpipe and axel backs, and a dvd/nav. Those are the major mods. I know its the lazy way but I really don't want to bother with parting out because I don't really have any of the stock parts and I don't really think it's going to save a whole lot for all the hassle it would be.
So obviously going to the dealer is just going to be pure ownage. Is the next best bet craigslist? Is that fairly effective? What would be a good starting price? Would craigslist offer much more of a profit over the dealer?
Any thoughts would be welcome. Thanks!

Dealer wont give you squat for any of your aftermarket parts, if anything they'll try to tell you youve beaten it up with a SC on it and give you less or something like that. I'd guess auto trader, cars.com, vehix.com, craigslist and a for sale sign in the window would be your best bet. Atleast that way you will get something for the mods.

Last when I sold a car private, I put it up on craigslist and a for sale sign. Parked it on the street corner of my subdivsion. Got lots of bites. I would try your local mustang club, along with all those vehicle websites.

Take some really nice digital photos and put them in photobucket. Then attach that HTML link directly into your post on Craigslist. Your pictures will come out huge and very detailed which by itself will stand out from the rest of the ads. I've sold many things on Craigslist and best of all it's free. The only drawback is that you have to renew the ad every week. If you need more specifics on exactly what I'm talking about PM me and I'll walk you through it.
