I would think privately you MAY be able to get 17k providing the buyer appreciates the mods. Trade in, I wouldn't expect more than 15k.
Just my opinion of course.

No I don't have a baby on the way, but this is all stepping stones towards that. I want to get a bit of a head start instead of be under the gun when one is on the way.

Could use more opinions on price! Thanks!

Don't underbid your car(ever!). Start at something maybe a bit higher than normal(I'd say $19-20K with all your mods) and work from there. In your ad say that you're open to reasonable offers, $16,000 to $18,000 would be fair if your car is as you've described Good luck!
