FemmeCanuck: Tough call. The car looks good either way but I have a slight preference in favor of the stripes. I like the stripes on the side. I think it's a nice touch and gives the car a little more of a unique quality.

I agree that they look too far apart, but I prefer wider stripes rather than the skinny ones that are really close together that most people are choosing. I actually like the color, matches the top perfectly. I hate white stripes on black, I too prefer not to look like a skunk[:'(]

So what do y'all think. Should I keep the stripes or lose them? They're just decals not painted on, and the car has not been clear coated yet, so I have to decide before I get the clearcoating done....

Looks like they put each of the side stripes on the wrong side and the gold stripes/tan color of the lid look out of place. I personally would have them all removed. However, it's your car.

Nice car FemmeCanuck!! The space in between the stripes, look a little too wide to me. I know color choice is kinda limited with the tan top though isn't it!! Maybe white stripes if you really want stripes! I'm no fashion expert, but white goes with everything, right?

just another opinion...same as many others- sides keep, hood lose...hood stripes 'look narrow' due to the wide gap to me~shelby stripe proportions always looked best IMO-kinda wide/kinda close together
