Default How much is your insurance? :D

Just got my next insurance premium from Nationwide. I'm a 20 year old driver with a pretty damn clear driving record.

Ready for this?

....

....

....

402.35$ per month, (2,000$ deductibles and state minimums for coverage)

Am I the only young driver with insurance this high? Haha... heh...

Ouch...im 26 now, no points on my license.

Full coverage on the car, $250 deductibles, 100/300 coverage on accidents, claims, etc.

I pay $2k a year and i'm in Jersey which is one of the highest states for insurance.

Check out Progressive...I use them...lowest I've seen except for NJManufacturer's...

$1100 / year
33 years old
2 points (should be more!)
michigan
500 ded w/broad coverage

btw your location has as big an impact on rates as any so these comps are pretty difficult

op: your rates are also heavily influenced my having multiple policies (2nd car, house, etc) when your 20 your screwed, not really any way around it if you must insure in your name.

I'm 35, almost 36, and I pay $600 a year for full coverage through The Hartford. I did however get pulled over yesterday for speeding, but since I hadn't had a ticket in over 14 years I only got failure to obey a highway sign. The best part is I had my GoPro camera on the car when I got pulled over

PER MONTH?!?!?!?! How is that even possible? That's very nearly my monthly car payment!!!

$750 EVERY SIX MONTHS, 23, 1 accident, clean record. $1,000 deductibles all around.
and that's for comprehensive coverage.

Are you telling me that's your quote for liability only?

Surely, there's got to be another company willing to charge you less if what you say is true. We should be in pretty similar risk brackets; actually, if anything, you should be in a better one since you've never had to make a comprehensive claim like me.
