who has jet hot coat on kooks?

I do. Maryland Speed has an offer on free Jet Coating. You just have to look. If you can't find the code, the coating is also only about $140. After spending the $1,300 on Kooks, another Franklin and two Jeffersons are not that much. Jet coating will reduce under hood operating temps, make the headers last longer and look better much longer.

FRPP shorties here. Have the jet hot coating and it's the only way to go. Headers still look new. Very little heat is radiated from them. The radiated heat difference between the stock manifolds and jet hot coated headers is very noticeable.

Well I haven't driven on them much, but I can tell you that the difference between ones with it and ones without it are by far worth it. This is my 3rd set of headers, I have traded up everytime. First had a ceramic coating, didn't like it. Second had no coating and turned rainbow right away. Third set I got the sterling silver coating and they look amazing!!!!

Ordered Kooks last week from Maryland Speed and they are at the coater now. For some reason it would not take the discount code online, so I put in a request for someone to call me, and about an hour later they called and took my order over the phone with the free coating. Also free shipping - $1297 out the door for Long Tubes plus catted H-Pipe. Their customer service is great - they send update emails every step of the way, and I already received the H-Pipe separately.
