Default OK How do I resolve this

Ok so I installed my Pypes O/R H pipe and am now getting a CEL. I ran the code and it is a P0135 which says it is a O2 heater according to my tuner. I emailed Brenspeed and Dave responded by saying that it is a front O2 sensor that was either going out and the O/R pipe finally put it out or it just went bad. My 09 only has 4000 miles on it and if it is the front sensor that means it is before the CAT anyway so why the CEL? I cleared the CEL and it came back. I spoke to a mechanic friend of mine who said that I should clean the sensor and if that doesnt clear it then I should have Brenspeed adjust my fuel ratio because I might be running too rich and casuing carbon build up on the sensor. Any other thoughts?

After a quick google, I can tell you it could be one of many things... Here's some links, hope they help ya.

I'd say start with checking the fuse. If its not blown check for corrosion...Seems to be a common reason for this. It's all in the links though and plenty more if you google Ford P0135... One guy had a simple loose vacuum hose that caused it somehow.

I checked the fuse already and its fine. I had no problems before the O/R pipe so its got to be related to that or the tune possibly being too rich. Im going to move my sensors around to see if that does anything. If its a bad O2 then the code should go away since my rear O2's are off. If I still get the code then I know something else is going on.
