Default fender pulling...

possible to pull the rear fender of an s197 to fit a 345/35 18 on 18x12 rims without requiring additional work?

Are you asking if anyone has "rolled the wheelwell"?
I'd be worried about the swaybar mounts hitting first on a 12" rim with a 345 tire

This has been asked a couple times, but the fenders on our S197's are already rolled from the factory. I'm not sure how much good it'll do to try and roll it more.

I saw a build on TV where they used 345's in the rear and it required some wide body parts to do it. it looked ok when they were done, the kit wasn't very good and didn't fit very well. the 345 rear tire was sick though! HUGE stance from the rear.

they look real cool in these pictures, but i could assume they're not show pieces. large fiberglass very rarely ever is.

I have 20X11s with 315x35s and there is not much room left on either side of the tires. they actually rub the inside of the wheel well when going up drive ways
And theres really no way to pull them, and if you did the fender would stick out funny

rolling and pulling are two different things.

a buddy of mine pulled the fenders on an STi to fit wider tires in the back

i know our inner fender is rolled from the factory, at least on the 2010 it is.

i figure with a slight pull and the right offset 12" rim i could fit a 345/35 drag radial in the back. i presume no one here has had their fenders pulled for more space though

a 345 rear tire would be sick! you'll probably have to measure it yourself and mock something up to test it out. the only S197 I saw with a 345 rear had a pretty wide body kit.
