Default Brakes problem

My 2005 v6 had the rear brakes wear down to where there was audible grinding while driving. A week later it got to where when I brake there is a very loud, very embarressing, terrible grinding. The rear drivers pad is down to 1/16. Passenger rear 1/8. On the pass rear the rotor has a visible warp.

Up on the jack if I give it gas it catches on something that drops the rpms immediedly. A brake job is in order but could this be a parking brake problem?

Today at the mall I was making a left hand turn and it "caught" with a bad crack/clunk and killed the engine.

Anyways the sstang is parked till I can baby it to a dealership next friday. Any input?
