Does the '09 Gt have a cabin air filter? If so, where?

Don't qoute me, but I believe all cars sold in America must have a CAI after a certain year. Maybe 05, I'd have to check it out again

Not sure what that's supposed to mean since you worded it awkwardly^?? Cabin air filters do more than filter your breathing air, that's simply another benefit of it. I personally don't have allergies, but they pull out a ton of floating pollen from the air prior to entering the cabin. The main purpose of the CAF is to filter the air before it enters the AC and heater units, as you don't want pollen/bugs/leaves/etc. clogging up your heater core and AC coils.

Don't replace the CAF on a hybrid vehicle and watch what happends!

my bad, that did get worded bad, but no really, its not all that important really as soon as you get out of your car, walk to your car, roll the window down to point and laugh at a rice'er, everything just went out the window...honestly i think for the normal person its a big waste of money....

you know..i thought they all did but... not too long ago i looked at my gf's car and it did not and its a 05 Chevy Malibu. and i went to the parts stores and they don't sell it and i looked it up and they dont come with one. weird.
