They most certainly will. Mine did like CRAZY. I've got a buddy who has the same ones, and he bought a couple of resonators and installed them about midway (midpipe), and that got rid of his drone completely. Maybe a thought. I've got SLP Loudmouths (that will soon be for sale since I bought some GT500 take-offs on Ebay), and the SLPs are loud but not too loud, and have absolutely ZERO drone...... NONE..... It's the best setup I've had so far. I bought the GT500 take-offs because I'm looking for something quieter now.

Every system I had on my car droned until I got the SLP Loudmouths.

1. Magnaflow (moderate)
2. Flowmaster 40 Series (severe drone)
3. Boomtubes (moderate)
4. Flowmaster American Thunder Classics (severe drone)

Don't get me wrong, they all sounded good, but droned like crazy. I think all drone can be fixed if you have the right exhaust person figure it out for you, like with the resonator idea.

Not sure if that was me or not, but yeah, mine's a V6 so it will be different. Mine's also a custom setup (new pipes and all) so I'm sure it's different from what the GTs come stock with. From what I've experienced, the slightest bend in a pipe here or there and it can create a completely different experience.

I hate being confused on witch axle back to by. I think your right and most sound good. I am after a system that has a deep rumble but isn't to loud at cruzing speeds. My car is my daily driver.

Maybe look into the Boomtubes. They sound really good and aren't too loud while cruising, just like the SLPs. Not too loud at all until you mash it, then they get very loud.

I'll have to do more digging. Will a tune deepen the exhaust as well?

My tune did make my exhaust sound better. I'm not an expert on the subject though. I'm sure someone on here can tell you why, but I would say "yes", just from personal experience.

No drone. The only drone I could imagine is if with an automatic and mashing on the gas going uphill. 5-speeds don't have this issue.

im tellin you, you will be very happy with the pypes violater axle back kit and youll save a great deal of money. i was skeptical bc of the price but they sound great and i saved a lot. im recommending them to everyone i know with mustangs lol.

btw dont base anything off of videos online. you cant replicate the deep throaty sound that well. but like i said before. read a bunch of reviews on places like americanmuscle.com
