Engine is knocking, what do i do?

i would try some seafoam like nuke said then changed the oil

glad you did that not me, lol. that was my first response also. To the OP, hope you get it figured out.
BTW, what is this Seafoam you guys are talking about.

Put the car in neutral and rev it over 2k, does it still knock?

You really need to determine the problem, before trying to fix it.

Right because if you have a bad bearing seafoam is not going to fix that.

Okay this is going to sound really stupid but i was absolutely wrong the noise was not coming from the engine. Its coming from the piece of plastic under the engine because the screws for that came loose and whenever the car moved it sounded like a loud scraping noise. So sorry for wasting all your guys time.

Seafoam is the shizz! I've never used it on a car, but my husband buys and sells used bass boats... He usually has to rebuild the motors first, and he swears by Seafoam.
