Default Shifter **** - Plastic Top Broke :(

So today the plastic cover that goes on top of my **** came off.

The actual tabs that hold it in place broke, so for now I'm just going to super glue it back on. But it gives me a reason to buy a new shift ****

Not looking for a short throw right now, so I just want something that is pretty similar to stock. Was looking at this one:

http://www.mossmuscle.com/Shop/ViewP...eIndexID=83920

But isn't there one that has a white face?

Also, does the entire **** just twist off? Or does that middle triangular piece have something to do with the assembly?

It's either that or I stick with the super glue idea for a while.

Yeah the entire **** just twists off. If you want a new one they sell them at newtakeoff.com for $20

The entire **** will twist off, just turn it ccw. The one on Moss is the IUP **** with the silver face, I've never seen one with a white face.

When it comes to stock it's either your original one or the silver IUP one you posted. You sure you don't want to buy an aftermarket shift ball or something? Many of them are not that much more expensive and they won't break off like that

I haven't seen or felt one in person. I sorta like the stock feel. Do the shift ***** just screw onto the stock arm?

Yeah most of them just screw onto the stock arm, only problem with shiftballs is that its going to be a few inches lower unless you get some adapter to make it stock height.

After getting the MGW Gripper **** some years ago for a gift, I'll never go back to that phallic-looking stocker

HyproMan - Just looked that one up, looks pretty nice. Where can I find one?

StickShifty - Yeah, mine came with black. I think the Silver one was an upgrade. I don't know though, bought mine used.
