Hello everyone. Just joined. I have a 2008 Gt. I had a 93 street tune with an sct tuner done to it, I put a bassani off road x pipe,flowmaster american thunder exhaust, steeda cold air intake. The car sounds great at idle and when I go slow, but as soon as I punch it there is a slight hesitation and the car exhaust gets very whiny. The response is not the same and the exhaust is crackling and has resistance.Any ideas on what it can be????

 

The tune

 

The quality of the tune and who writes it is about 80% of your power adder. The canned SCT and other tunes are garbage. Consider contacting Brenspeed or Doug at AM if you're running a canned tune.

X-pipes are known to make the exhaust note raspy.
