Default reloading brenspeed tune

i just reloaded my 91 octane tune from brenspeed and my car feels much quicker. i first installed it about 2 months ago but lately my car felt kinda sluggish. i guess my question is how often do you guys reload your tune ? And why do we have to reload it ?

I wasnt aware that you were supposed to reload a tune at all.

News to me too. No way the stock tune could just get back in there unless you reload it. You sure you have been running good gas all this time? Maybe the gf or wife put some cheap stuff in there?

not at all. the PCM never stops learning even after a tune. just when you reflash it, it gets reset and has to "learn" all over again

from how ive come to understand it, unless your running WOT almost every second your running the car, the average of "soft driving" and "hard driving" eventually levels out to a point where yes, the computer has different settings/preferences/adaptions than when it has not "learned" anything

Shouldn't be an issue until your car comes alive saying "Where is John Connor?!"

Lol. As long as the car doesn't become self-aware you're okay.
