Here are a couple places you can try

https://www.supercircuits.com/Security-Cameras/

http://www.spytown.com/codoca.html

Get a camera with IR for night vision
Here is a nice camera w/IR and a 3-12mm lense but you will need a 12v power supply and video cable run to your recording device. You can use cat-5 cable for both video and power but you will need a balun on each end to convert the video.

If your gonna use your hard drive to record video you will also need a video capture card

Get a shotgun
Hide outside somewhere/in the garage
See kids
Problem solved

I would be pissed if someone did that to my car

take the more tactical sane approach. dont use a gun, but use a paintabll gun. freeze the paintballs. and there you go, you got something that can cause alot of damage, when they thaw theyrs not much evidence, and silent enough to not wake the neighbors. and after their window shatters i doubt they would come back.

if you go the camera route, dont skimp out on bad camera quality. no use in spending hundreds if the quality is so bad you cant read the liscence plate. if the street isnt to busy, you could also get some flood lights to.

CloseCircuitTV FTW.
And a DVR capable of at least 30 days of storage.
And audio does not hurt either.

Computer PCI video cards are available, but what a taxing state for the HDD.
Get a dedicated GE Kalatel DSR-1000 DVR for under $100 on the bay.
I just sold 2 GE Kalatel DVRs and each brought less than $100.
They had 2 320MB HDDs in them for a total of 640MB of storage.
Thats 10 days at the highest resolution and audio to boot.

I have less than $500 in the system pictured below and that includes audio
and a hidden back-up DVR in case theives steal the one thats out in the open.
I only have high quality PHILLIPS cameras and QUADs and the GE Kalatel DSR-1000
cant be beat for the ease of use...

This is a hard one to call because when the smoke clears, the Mustang still sits vunerably
outside the garage.
Actions must be swift and to the point.
Catching them in the act and prosecuting them is the legal way keeps you out of trouble.
Paintballing to a bunch of kids could be considered a daring game and become escalated into retailiation...your Mustang is the primary target?....
Do you have somewhere else that you could park the vehicle (rented space).....

On the "Rambo" side, fear is a great elixir. I've heard of people like this being caught and each of them taken on long, separate rides. In these "fearful" rides the persons, name, residence etc. is learned about themselves and their friend who is being taken for a ride in the other vehicle. No lies, because the information about who's who must match. They are usually dropped off far enough away, but close enough to find their way back. The fear is applied 'til they "**** their pants".
I had a neighbor friend (ex-Vietnam vet) have some very nice Halloween displays taken off his lawn. He tracked down the ones responsible. The ride lasted all night long......extremely effective.
Good Luck...

Well of course we all want to beat the crap out of these idiots but........going to jail would suck so. Talk with all your neighbors, homeowners association and the police. Getting the word out will have lots of eyes on the lookout. Good luck.
