Its roughly invoice. Bought an F150 and Mustang this way. Logging on with Pin is the way to go, its fixed price, no monkey biz. I took 3K rebates on my 2010 GT on top of the x-plan, and financed for 3.99% through my credit union to boot.

The X-Plan is an easy way to go. It saves haggling to get where you should be anyway.

It is also possible to by a vehicle at invoice w/o the X-Plan, it just takes more work.

I took the X plan and 0% on my '10. On my '09 that I traded in, I came out cheaper to take the discounts that Ford was offering...it was more than the X plan discount. Sometimes you just have to run the numbers to find out what it is going to be. The X plan is not ALWAYS the cheapest route.
