Default Has my time come also?

Lately, I've really been thinking about trading/selling my car for a 01-04 GT. As much as I love my car, it just doesn't have the bite/growl that I'm looking for. I also am not really in a position to go with F/I. I've checked kbb & nada and feel that my 05 should be ~$10,000 and have come across a 01 Bullitt with 61k and an 04GT with 52k for $10k and $9k, respectively. I'm also really liking the idea of manual instead of my current auto. I have no problem keeping my 05, but if the right deal comes along, I'd definitely consider it. Any advice/ideas?

Edit: the S197 GTs in this area are really high price wise

Why don't you see if you can hold onto your car and possibly buy a cheaper 98-04 GT to mess around with.

As much as I'd love to do that, I'm not really looking to shell out much more $$. If that were the case, I'd trade mine in for a S197 GT or go with an X-Charger on my 05. Most of the cars I was looking at would almost be a direct trade.

Have you checked over here on the Jersey side yet? Further than Cherry Hill/Marlton/Evesham where there's more money than patience sometimes?

Thanks
Basically, yeah. All the s197 GTs are $15,000+ and I had originally wanted a New Edge GT so it works out.

I don't think a dealer is going to take your trade in for an older car. So, that leaves you with the private market where you're going to have the same problem. The values are too close.

I say- keep it.
