Default Changed the battery, now what?

Today the battery died out on me. After trying to jump it for like 30 minutes, I reasoned that the battery had lived its life. (OEM battery at 39k miles, god damn the original owners) After changing it with an Autozone Duralast, I idled it for 2 minutes and 1 minute with the AC on, and drove it 10 miles like the owner manual mandates. However. You know how the windows go automatically up and down when you flip them? Well, the drivers side and passenger side both automatically go down, however, with the driver's side window, it does not go automatically up. You have to hold the switch. Now my question is, will the computer repair this over time and mileage, or should I have to take it in for service?

From the manual:

Restoring the Express up functionality (Front windows only)
Under low battery power conditions, Express Up only functionality may be lost. To reset this function after restoring full battery power, pull the switch to the Express Up position, hold the switch until the glass reaches the stall position and continue to hold for 2 seconds. Push the window switch DOWN and operate the window to the full down position. Express UP will now be functional. Perform Express UP re-calibration with door closed only. Calibrating with door open will cause the window to continuously bounce back.

My car tends to do that if I have the battery disconnected for about over an hour and it fixes itself.

Mine do this from time to time I assume due to my holding the switch too long in the up position (longer than 2 seconds). Easy to reset, roll the windows up and just hold it there for a few seconds, toggles on and off.
