yep there all like that man. my 2010 GT premium was the same way. so i sanded the rust off used a can od black primer to cover the bare metal. worked great.

that 5.0 is pretty cool. i wasnt too impressed when i test drove one though. it just doesnt have a very throaty sound to it. actually its down right quiet and that turns me away instantly. still a sweet ride.

My 2006 has no paint on the rear axle assembly. I just ordered a 2011 5.0 Premium Gt and the first thing I am doing to it is paint the rear axle with POR-15 Chassis Black.

I am ordering a 5.0 Premium Gt tomorrow. This all black Mustang will have the Comfort & Anti-Theft Options, 6-speed manual transmission, no stripes, and spoiler delete.
I am undecided about the differential gear ratio. The stock gears are 3.31:1, and the options are 3.55:1 and 3.73:1. All are limited slip differentials.
I do a lot of highway driving. What ratio would you buy?
