Default Detector mount

I checked out the BlendMount radar detector mount (banner on top of MF page). Instead of suction cups, it clamps to the rear view mirror. Looks very neat, but $79?? I recently bought the new super cup mount from Escort for my 8500x50. It is orders of magnitude better than the cheesey one that came with my detector, and is like $15.

To be honest I've never been a big fan of the mirror mount option.

I have the blend mount and love it. I also have the remote display mounted in my Speed of Sound center display.
