Retro-Solutions has always seemed like the place to go for HID's. People have always talked good about their quality, plus they come with a lifetime warranty.

H13 (which is also 9008) is the part number for the headlights that the owner's manual calls for. 9145 (which is also H10) is the part number for the fog lights that the owner's manual calls for. If you have a V6 with the Pony Package, the fog lights are part number H11.

Can't answer that as I don't have them yet, though judging by other people's experience, they're relatively easy. HID's are a cool upgrade, but the key is to get quality kits, not the cheap stuff you find on eBay. When I go to buy HID's, I'll order from Retro-Solutions. A lot of information is here on this site with a search.

American Muscle also has a kit that retains both the high beam/low beam functionality. You can also get a discount by PM'ing the rep on the boards and asking for the Mustang Forum member discount code.
