Which wheels looks best on the '11 5.0?

which ever you like. Just by lowering the S197's makes a huge appearance difference. Personally, I'm not a fan of black rims on stangs (but I have black rims on my 95Z28)
I think chrome just looks better on the S197's because of the retro look
but that's my personal taste. My kids keep telling me to get black wheels for the stang but i like it in chrome just like I like the Z in black.

Of those 3 options, I personally like the darker satin finish, but not the black. It matches your cars paint if you ask me 
To be honest though, when my '11 comes in, I'm looking into some aftermarket chrome
but thats also because mines coming in Grabber blue
