Default Too Quiet

So I'm thinking my 2011 V6 is toooooo quiet... who doesn't right!? So I'm considering getting something after market that sounds deeper and stronger. You know more like a muscle car... lol

actually more like my 1992 GT 5.0 which is loud as **** and sets off ever car alarm lol. But on that I switched out for entire MAC full exhaust with Cat-less h-Pipe...

I'm not looking to replace the entire exhaust, so what do you guys think i should go with for my 2011 V6

thanks for the help

I'm not sure about the after market availability of the 2011's but I think a new set of axle backs for your car would really open it up.

yeah at the moment no where i have found has some 2011 V6 exhaust in stock, only have the GT exhaust in stock >_<

and never heard of the axle backs exhaust, are they all screamin' loud? or have many different models? I don't want to get quite as loud as my '92 5.0 but i want to get close to the same volume.

MRT has an axle back kit

Personally I don't think its too quiet, it could sound a little meaner though.

Hmmmm, you want the V8 sound of your old 5.0 from your '11 V6? I doubt that.

that MRT sounds like a Beamer...not a fan.

grab some Magnaflow Magnapacks and get a custom dual exhaust made. it won't sound right because of the sixxer, but better than stock.

you should probably drop into the V-6 section and ask them. those guys have done some pretty creative stuff to get their sixxers sounding pretty mean

The term "Axle Back" refers to the part of the exhaust from the axles back (the mufflers).
