What bugs me about mine, and I don't know if anybody had this problem. When I've been on the highway for awhile, then come off. I hit the throttle and it will hesitate then jump. This might happen once or twice on acceleration. But after that it's back to normal. I've reset the fly by wire system a few times. It seems to help but not always. Any ideas???

My '06 sometimes would start bucking as I pulled away. Happened only intermittently and when not fully up to temperature. My cure was to trade it in on a 2011. I'm not mechanically minded either.

Cheers.

Have you tried going back to stock tune and intake to see if it operates normally?

Cheers.

Usually, when the framitz bearings begin to fester, it'll cause the clausen tube to restrict resulting in a loss of freebit flow to the fresnel vomitz. Throttle puddling then results in submiffed speed manure. A complete injection system flux and rescan using a Diddle Box (available at most auto parts stores) will resolve your problem.

But if that's too much work, too, then a CAI & custom tune should do the trick.

And your problem is related to the fuel pump. Read the fuel pump related TSB's. Air bubbles will form in the pump during extended cruising (as little as 5 minutes of sustained speed). Attempting to accelerate results in hesitation as the air bubbles are forced thru the system. Once thru the car responds normally until the bubbles build up during another extended cruise.

Bingo! Give that man a cigar.
I had this same problem, as well as a funky fuel level sensor. I read up on the TSB, installed the new design fuel pump (pretty simple) and no more problems.

Thank you for the true answer... I'll look at the tech bulletin. Makes sense I guess.
