In defense of the 2011 Mustang prices...

I really wanted a glass roof too but I also wanted the C/S package. I think they are both 1999 options and I was having trouble justifying both. In the end, they had both a GT with the glass roof and a CS without it on the lot. The C/S won out. Maybe I'll get the glass roof installed down the road.

Idk I guess I feel that money could be better spent. Put towards a S/C for instance, the possibilities are endless

alec, it depends on what you want. I think the electronics package on the new 2011s is over $2000. Now that I have the glass roof, I wish I had done it as soon as it was available from CDC Designs and a local approved installer. A supercharger would be fun too as you state.

I got my '11 for 37,400 out the door (6.5% tax). The scoop and spoiler option is actually called accessory pack #5 and it looks great on mine in kona blue. I also have Brembo's, manual, security pack, and premium (leather, my color, and Sync). South Florida dealer had it tagged at 37,700. Eight

I just bought a new leftover 08 stage 3 Blackjack Roush for $32,000 out the door, I could have purchased a 2011 5.0 premium for $32,000 (sticker was $37,600), with leather, sync, 19" wheels etc.

just looked and saw the prices of new Mustangs at the local grift, uh... I mean Ford lot!
$39,000+ for a 2011 GT premium and $29,000+ for a V6 premium.
Asking prices, of course, but what a jump in price!
