Default 1000+ hp 2008 Shelby GT 3 Valve

2008 Shelby GT Convertible
BBR 298 Stroker Shortblock
BBR Stage 2 Camshafts
BBR VCT Lockouts
BBR Stage 3 CNC Ported 3V Heads
Kenne Bell 2.8 Mammoth Supercharger System
BBR Twin Plate Methanol System
TR6060 Transmission w/ Spec Twin Disk Clutch
American Racing Headers 1 7/8" Long tubes with 2 1/2" Primaries
2 1/2" Catted X-pipe
2 1/2" Magnaflow Cat-back System
Fab9 9" Rearend with 4.11 Gears
BBR Xtreme 1000 Fuel System w/ Fore Precision Products

This car made 836 horsepower to the wheels. That's through the 9" rear which is an additional 11% drive train loss over the standard 15%
So by doing the math, this car makes an estimated 1053.36 Horsepower at the Flywheel. DAMN!!!!!

is it yours?

I think its very cool, but so much power in a vert is little pointless

Looks like a dyno queen to me.. Albeit, an impressive dyno queen.

That's a lot of HP for a vert with no rollbar, which probably explains why there are no 1/4 mile times listed. Sweet looking car though!

Seems like a very generous estimate for parasitic loss. Nice numbers in any case.

How much boost? I'm thinking it was a very generous dyno. Great build but not the numbers that interest me. Now if that same car ran 9s or low 10s.........

How does a 9" rear add 11% drivetrain loss? Did they fill it with sand instead of diff oil?
