youd be suprised, last friday (july 9) i posted my original hood on craigslist, on monday the 12th i got a guy who already was down to buying my hood, he owned a body shop and was repairing a customers car, while he picked up my hood he noticed my front bumper and took that too. didnt bother him the color didnt match. so even though theres not alot of people wanting them, they are there, and you could get lucky and sell it before you know it!

not sure if you decided yet, but again, you pretty much are left with craigslist or ebay to resell it, unfortunatley you cant return it you said.

or, a little more expensive route, make a cutout for the second exhaust, then buy a rear valance to make it look like a GT.

unfortunatley i dont see you really making money on this deal. i know it sucks but we have all f'd up somewhere on a transaction where we lose money. on ebay even if you resell it for the price you bought it you still wont be able to get your money back from shipping and then ontop of that you got to pay ebay for posting. on craigslist you can get a higher percentage of your money back cause its local so no shipping, but then it can take longer to sell since its a general area your selling it to, and also on craigslist you have to watch for scammers. if you chose craigslist ONLY DEAL CASH. even if somebody tells you they will send you a certified check and wait for it to clear. scammers can give you a check that will clear the bank and show up later with no money.

What about finding a wrecking yard that had a clean front bumper and asking them to trade ya straight up? Or sell them your bumper and have them find you a GT one you can buy. Might take some digging but you could find one.
Probably have to eat paying for a new paint job unless you got REALLY lucky and found one with matching paint.
Just an idea.

P.S. Some wrecking yards will do a search with other yards for you too.
