ya i personally wondered if they would be worth something a lil extra. mostly just cause its a mix, it has the body of a '10+ but breaths with the heart of a 05-09. i think that maybe if you keep a matching numbers motor then it could retain a special value. if you drop a different motor then it would be worth no more if not less then the '11.

Same here, the dealer I was at had a SUPER Snake and a KR in the show room, I think I left a a little puddle of drool on the floor

Only Sunset Gold 2010 GT's will be rare and worth the BIG BUCKS in a few years!

no I don't wish that at all. Why would I want to pay more (both cost and insurance) for a car that is heavier, gets worse gas mileage, and is at best barely faster than the new v6, albeit only in a straight line?

While my heart lusts for a 5.0 with a 6-speed, I am content in knowing I bought my '10 new with a sticker of $37,400 for $29,000 before trade.

A 2011 5.0 with the same stuff would easily be 10K more.

Besides, I've been enjoying my car since October.

I bought mine in November '09 and up until recently I had only seen a handfull of '10's, Since the '11 hit the dealerships I have seen a ton lately! Do I think my ten will ever be a collectors item? NO but who cares!

2010's were on sale as early as April of '09. I bought mine in May of '09, so they were out a full year before the 11's.

I've heard the 12's will go back to "normal" production schedule (i.e. fall release) so the 11's will have a longish production run.

None of these "normal" cars will be collectible for many, many years.

The new V6 is nice but I will always take a V8 as long as there is an option...if nothing else for the sound.
