I think I'd go with $275 Steeda HD Upper Strut Mounts rather than the $250 C-C plates. There's at least ±1° of camber compensation capabillity built in to them, which should be enough for mild to moderate lowering. The mounts themselves are sturdier than OE mounts particularly when used on lowered cars.

You may eventually want to upgrade the front sta-bar endlinks. Especially if you run a front adjustable bar at "full stiff".

I need 3 degrees of camber at PR near where I live or I'm going to lose my tires.

If you're going to spend that much, just forgo the adj panhard, cc plates, reloc brackets and pick up a set of KW Variant 1 coilovers ;-). I'm opening a big can of worms now aren't I?

You would still need the adjustable phb and relocation brackets with coilovers unless you want to leave the coilovers jacked up at stock ride height - if they even go that high.

At their minimum 1.2/1.4, want yes, need no. I'd ride around happy at their minimum drop until I could swing the adj panhard - UCA bracket, which I would prefer over relocation brackets. Just my plans for the 11'...if I get one..probably more like a 2012 model. what I should have done with my current car...

I wouldn't worry about swapping the swaybars. I'd blow the entire pot on the best set of coilovers I could afford.
