Default Two odd noises...need help!!

So in the past month or so I've noticed two new noises.

1) a sound almost like a wobbling that began to occur after tires were rotated at dealership. Possible balance problem?

2) A sound while driving, only audible from inside the car as far as I can tell, that sounds almost like a CD spinning on a cd player. It increases with speed and is really starting to worry me.

Any help with a diagnosis would be appreciated before I go in and get taken by the dealership.

1. Sounds like a tire balance issue. Have the dealer re-balance and to check for uneven tire wear. Depending on vehicle mileage, you could also be beginning to have wear due to alignment or suspension degradation.

2. More info. Where's it coming from? If it's speed dependent and not engine RPM dependent than I'd check the driveline and wheels. Could be quite a few things. Did it begin at the same time following the dealership tire balance?

It's at 41000 miles, can't believe any real wear. Tires are at around 5000 miles .
The second sound appears to be coming from the rear but I could be mistaken. It did not coincide with the tire rotation.

I don't know enough about this to argue otherwise, It sounds like a disc spinning but I suppose it could be the tires. Nitto 555's if that helps.

Check the brakes too.

If you put it in neutral while moving does the sound stay the same or change?

In neutral or any gear it remains the same. It is only audible at higher speeds but I'm certain it is present at low speeds as well.

That cuts out a lot things.

I remebered i once had a noise like air rushing which could be like a cd spinning. This was on a bronco, it was caused by adding a bug deflector. Do anything to change the airflow around the car?

If it sounds like a whine coming from the rear that could be the tranny whining.

Stock gears and no exterior mods for the air idea. Could tranny whine just materialize with stock gears?
