Default A pillar removal

How do you remove the driver and passenger side pillars? I want to route the bluetooth mic up to the driver's side and probably tuck it against the head liner... and I wanna put the hidden antenna up into the passenger a pillar if I can. Not exactly sure how to take them off though.

Yeah, I was looking for a video to make sure I was doing it right. Someone squared me away. Thanks guys. (I had remembered seeing the SOS pillar replacement somewhere) So that helped. Hopefully will be pretty easy. Any easy way to get a cord behind the dash and up through the pillar?

Push wire from the top down through, then tie whatever you need to pull through to the wire.
