Default DiabloSport predator vs trinity

I have a 2006 mustang gt. It's pretty much stock besides a WMS cai and flowmaster mufflers. I'm about to purchase a tuner, so of course I have to ask as far as horsepower and toque goes...Is the trinity any better than the predator?

First off here is the tuning subforum that your question may seem to fit better in just as a heads up https://mustangforums.com/forum/tuner-central-131/. Secondly the handheld device does not effect the horsepower or torque, the tune you buy is what effects those variables. the tuner itself is just the medium through which you can upload a tune to your car from. With that said the trinity has more features and options than the predator so I'd look into if those differences matter to you.

So what your saying is that once I buy either the predator or the trinity I have to turn right around and purchase the "tune" ? I just assumed that it came preloaded based on the installation videos.

Yes and no, if you buy a tuner from a place like americanmuscle.com then you get free tunes for life included but if you were just to go buy a tuner on ebay or something equivalent then you would have to buy the tunes seperate.
