So here is another update! She got to go to the track!!!!!!!!!!! We attended the test and tune day this past Saturday at Brandimere Speedway in Denver, CO. Temperature hung around 70 degrees and stayed pretty sunny the whole day. It was a great dsay for racing and a great time to learn.. This was mine and my buddies first time ever doing legitamate runs on a track for time etc.. We still need to figure out how to launch and not get wheel spin from launch through 2nd.. I still have stock 235/18 pirellis.. Not very sticky haha.. Race weight with my butt in it was 3825 so she was feeling a bit hefty.. That was with the spare tire, jack, all the stereo equipment, and random other junk.. Drove from Colorado Springs that morning and got 28 mpg on a Bama street tune.. Then loaded the race tune up to go at it.. I will have vids later, but here are the pictures from my 4 runs

First run of my life

My buddy and I hanging out before our first runs.. We had no idea what was going on at all hahaha.....

Runs!!

That was my fastest run of the day.. I need to work on it lol..

you only got one run at bandimere?

I never go on opening day, I always find that it is overun with people. I always wait toword the end of the month.

I live pretty close, should have let me know, I could have came by and showed you what was what.

108mph trap up at bandimere is pretty impressive, it might go up or down depending on how bad you spun.

I plan on getting to the track soon. Got my car fired up after rebuilding the motor two weeks ago, but the clutch cable went out, so its going to be here this week, and ill replace it.

hopefully get to the track around the end of the month.

I got 4 runs in, and I could have gotten more, but we didnt go prepared haha.. We were all hot, hungry, and tired. Next time we will be bringing a truck, a grill, coolers, picnic table in the truck bed, sunscreen, food, and chairs haha... We just brought out butts and the cars. But hey it was a good first time haha..

I ran traps from 106 to 108 depending on the start, so yeah it was pretty good. I can tell my power is in the high end for sure though, because man she pulls over 3500 haha. Well shoot me a text when you are going next, we will be running Club Clash, and I might try for the Friday E.T Series. My number is 406-696-9386.

Hahaha well I only raced against one old one.. Which is in some pictures, but there was only one that we saw run under a 14.00 and that one had a supercharger and slicks and ran a 12.5xx. So it was pretty good haha.. I didnt feel bad considering I ran on my street tires and had a full street setup with spare and my huge sub woofers and everything haha.

8600 DA is a killer man. You should get some big ol' drag radials.. they are chepear than most of the mods you've done anyway

With practice he should be able to pull 1.8 on those stock tires. It's been done multiple times now. Drag radial certainly can't hurt though.

where are you getting your DA data mishri?

Im showing his runs around 7700-8000 DA

not a huge difference, but 7700 is about as best as it gets at bandimere.

@mtflyboy25, I got your number, so I'll keep you updated, if anything, I'll PM you the details on here as the time approaches!
