Default Shift **** threed size?

I have a 10 Gt 400a and bought a new shift **** at the local car show this weekend, but the threeds dont match. What is the threed size on the stock one? The guy I bought it off said he will send me an adaptor as he forgot to bring them to the show. Thanks.

I would go to an auto parts store, unscrew it off, and ask someone there to measure the thread size and they should be able to hook you up! Congrats on the new shift ****! Picture?

12mmx1.25 is right. Drake sells the adapter to convert this thread to use a Hurst style ball or t-handle for $4.95.

Thank you.
I'll post up a pick when its in. Not sure how its gonna look since there will be a gap between the ball and the boot. May have to get the 401 boot to make it look good.

Finally got it in!
Probably will leave it as is. May get one of these adapters but also might try to find something myself for the gap.

Very happy with the feel of the ball over the stock ****.
