Default Difference in suspensions?

So im ready to take the plunge and buy my first set of mustang eibach lowering springs... eventhough i understand a difference in GT springs versus v6 springs i noticed that some places sell a v6 convertible set of springs...

Now, not all places sell these.. some just sell v6 and GT.... my question is... should i be going out og my way yo search for convertible specific springs? anyone know if the standard v6 springs will work? or is there some sorta long term risk for having a setup not optimized for my v6 vert...

anybody got the vert springs? anyone got the standard springs on their verts?

I agree with the V6 and V8 but for verts...

In older year models they had differnt rate springs because the convertible chassis was usually weaker than that of the Coupe. You don't want the spring to be as solid on a vert 99-04 as the coupe because it will cause a problem with chassis squeaks and torquing. The new 05 and up are supposed to be the same (springs) now because the new Coupe was designed with the convertible in mind. The coupes upgraded chassis stiffness carries over to the vert with minimal loss. When I say same I mean between V6 coupe and vert and V8 coupe and Vert not between the V8s and V6s (those are still different)
