I've gone to the Depot many times, parked close and nothing happens, chillax it's just a car, you can always treat wear and abuse as reasons to upgrade the car to a better status.

For some people this car is our Daily Driver. And for some people (ones who don't still live with their parents AK) have been hit by this recession that is finally passing us. So its not something to just let go by or I mean "chillax" about in your terms.

Our local Walmart is on top of a big hill and at night when the wind is bad, carts will be out in the parking lot rolling around smashing into cars. Once saw a new BMW with 3 cars smashed into it. They get some speed too

Better status as in what?
I love my Mustang and I am guilty of taking very good care of it. I owned a Mustang before and I know all too well that IF you take the time to take very good care of it, it could pay off in big dividends.
I sold my '82 Mustang 5.0 for waaaay more than what I bought it for just because I took the time for it.
Do as you like and 10 years from now, let's compare Mustangs.

Mines still stock and not beat up and if I'm still hanging around here ten years from now sure we'll compare cars, why not. It appears I have been misunderstood, I meant that people take such events as opportunities to mod their cars, not that his car has low status. I'm not saying that when this happens to someones car it is good, but I hardly see it as a reason to kill a man or make idle threats as other people seem to make, I wish OP good luck in fixing his car, but as everyone knows in this life "**** happens"

I just ordered painted ones yesterday at 3pm from Blue Oval and they were delivered at 12:45pm today. THAT is some fast shipping. Haven't looked at them yet (got the notification that they were delivered) but I'll report back later to how they look

Look, we all like to care for our cars and I'm no exception. However, threatening to kill someone (literally) because they scratched your car shows mental instability. If you want to kill someone for kidnapping your child then I'm with you. Otherwise, go seek counseling. Seriously!

It's just the little people who like to sound like bad asses on the internet. It never fails in a thread like this that someone will come out and say "they're lucky they didn't do that to me because I would have...... blah blah blah." Or something to that effect.
