interior car warmer

I'm still trying to figure out why would someone need the interior warmed up... but not the engine...
is this for kids who want to make out in their cars?!?

all cars in Canada come with a block heater, which heats your engine..blah, blah... a interior car warmer you can also plug in so the interior of you car is heated, which means you do not need to scrap the windows and less time letting your car run to warm up.

I thought there would be more winter drivers to help me out.

I don't think Mustangs come with an outlet for that plug on the "interior warmer" in your picture. Let me go check...

Take the heat shields off... the ones bolted to the frame by the cats. Not kidding either.
