Default Extreme intake complete. Wow.

Finished up installing the Extreme intake last night. Got to drive it today. Wow. Feels like another new motor. Pulls absolutely relentlessly to 6500. No lag, no bog, just speed. Can't wait to re-dyno it .

Thanks people . Feels good to finally feel a little 'finished' with it. Though I think some meth injection might be coming eventually.

PS for anyone thinking about running this on their FI setup . . . DO IT.

Thanks Saddleup. The main motivation to get this was that the old intake tube was literally sucking itself closed at 5500RPM. So this was a pretty necessary upgrade. That said, it does look better than the previous cold air. And having a solid intake tube will give us a place to tap some meth injectors in.

I used to think the FRPP "Bullitt" intake was the nicest looking until I saw this one. Super clean. How does it sound?

By far my favorite looking CAI as they look so clean and don't take up a lot of space!
