SHR Honeycomb tail
I like your mods Rick. BTW Rick's car is Alloy not black. Now if your car was black that is the picture I hope to see. I can't tell if the panel will get lost "visually" (AKA is it to subdued) while looking at the car.

Personally, I like subdued. That's one reason why I went with the cast wheels over polished chrome.
The honeycomb blackout on a dark or black vehicle adds "texture" to the rear in place of contrast that you'd get on a lighter color car. It works for me.

That's way too much honey comb going on. Of course, I don't get the whole "obscure my tail lights in the name of coolness" thing like smoked tail lights and so on. If anything, I want them brighter so I don't die.
I too like subdued. Case in point my reverse C stripes are dark charcoal along with my trunk stipe (Mach 1 like) and my wheels are off an 06 (I think it is called argent in color). Still looking to get a shot. My rear window louvers shipped today too, Wahoo!
