Support rods should really be used with a front splitter. Here's a front splitter with support rods for the GT/CS & Shelby GT front ends...

ya but i love the look of them and i have a "problem" aggressive front air dam. And these will do the trick, now i can ditch the sh*ty 3M double sided tape and have these as the supports!

From the pics, it looks like blackout has an aggressive chin with a splitter, Calspec, thanks for that link! I've been looking for something like that!
