Anything done recently? This code has a few possible causes other then the o2 sensor itself.
• Out of range engine coolant temp sensor
• High fuel pressure
• Damaged exhaust manifold
• Damaged catalytic converter
• Oil contamination
• Cylinder misfiring
• Downstream O2 sensor wires incorrectly connected
• Damaged exhaust system pipe
• Damaged muffler/tail pipe
• Retarded spark timing
• Leaking injector
If it turned out after the tune tell Dan to do it over.
