I'll assume you had 93 octane in the tank when you dynoed stock. If I recall, the 5.0 can adjust timing somewhat so my guess is you'd have dynoed stock a few RWHP less with 87. I suppose the point I'm making is that the tune probably added a bit more than 22 RWHP over stock in reality. Sweet, regardless.

I know Livernois Mototrsports here in Detroit is getting almost 430rwhp out of the 2011 manual with 93 octane tune, intake, long tubes, Catted X pipe, exhaust. That's reachin 500 HP!!! Erik

Yeah. 93 octane in both. These runs were done within moments of eachother.

I was planning on going to the track tonight, but it's raining. So the car is back on the dyno trying to pull more power out of it by playing with the TiVCT and the cam angle tables.

There are many factors that affect a dyno run, things like one dyno is designed differently than another, the experience and skill of the dyno operator.

Humidity, air temp, and altitude are not a factor. These are corrected for by the SAE stations included in the dynos.

Aside from possible a noob dyno operator and the difference of dyno design, you RW numbers seem low. Many report that they are getting around 360-370 max RWHP on a completely stock '11 GT with stock tune.

To account for this I have a couple of speculations:
1) Your rear gear is the base 3.31:1 gear. I presume that going to 3.55:1 would increase your completely stock car w/ stock tune to around 360 max RWHP
2) You car is still brand new and not been fully broken in yet. The internal friction of the engine, tranny, and other still tight parts in the rest of the drive train could be putting a significant drag to affect your RWHP.

These are just my speculations, because I do not know who many miles you ha on your car when you took them to the dyno and I do not know what rear gear you have in your diff.
