The 800 number used to check order status kept sending me to an analyst tonight. Anybody esle having this problem? I hang up at that point not wanting them to know that I am not a dealer. Thanks.

 

For me sometimes it has trouble understanding what I'm saying, (your order #, dealer code, etc.) if it doesnt get it right after a few tries it puts you in touch with an analyst. You can either hang up, or pretend that your are a sales rep for that dealership and get the information straight from them. I've never tried the latter, I just hang up and retry.
